The location is perfect, just steps from the train station and very quiet. The bathroom design felt uncomfortable without a proper door.

Clogged bathtub !!! Loud heating of the pipes. Communication among staff could improve significantly when it comes to key pick-up procedures.

Great location, less than a minute from the train station. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I loved using my phone as the room key. Super helpful staff even provided free umbrellas when it rained. A fantastic experience!

Check-in was a hassle since the location was across the street. The floors had an undulating feel, made for an unsettling walk. My bathroom had a tub with a drainage issue, leaving me standing in ankle-deep water. I found it strange there were no toiletries provided, forcing me to trek to the main hotel to get some. Heating in the room was subpar, and the weird smell lingered.

Oh, how good it was to arrive at this 'guest house' with a toilet door that's practically transparent and an AC that woudl have made a better paperweight. I nearly left a glowing review, but the subpar conditions and lack of any complimentary gestures just ruined it. Disappointing, really.

The staff's genuine dedication to guest comfort stood out, particularly the assistance from Tony and Veronica. I appreciated the well-stocked coffee and tea corner on our floor. The breakfast spread was another highlight, delighting us with various delicious options to start the day. I also liked how the hotel's location was just a short, pleasant walk from the main train station, easing our travel plans.

The family room we booked initially did not have air conditioning, a bit disappointing given the summer heat.

This place is super close to the train station, made getting around easy! I chatted a lot with Anosja at the front desk, and he was so patient with my Spanish. Breakfast had yummy options, although the dining area is a bit cramped. Just wish the rooms had a bit more space, ya know?

It was just a fine choice for a brief hiatus in Zurich with excellent value for money. The staff offered free umbrellas during a sudden rain, a thoughtful surprise. Make sure to check the check-in instructions carefully to avoid confusion.

Had an amazing stay! Super easy online check-in and digital keys made life a breeze. The room was nicely furnished but seemed smaller than the photos. Would definitely stay again!
